For safety reasons due to the nature of all equipment we sell, we do not accept returns, or offer refunds for a change of mind or if you have purchased/ordered the wrong product. All sales are final.

While care is taken in packaging items for shipment, TAG Inc. is not responsible for damages to products resulting from transit.

Prices and taxes are quoted in Canadian Dollars. 

WARNING:

All products supplied by respective manufactures are intended for use by professionals trained and experienced in the use, inspection, and maintenance of the products. 

Manufactured products that are used in high angle environments pose a very substantial risk of serious injury or death. 

You must read and understand all of the respective manufacturer’s instructions before use. 

Any person purchasing equipment assumes the responsibility for seeking proper training in its use. 

The Buyer also assumes all risk for any injury or damage sustained while using any of the purchased equipment. 

Failure to follow manufacturer warnings increases the risk of injury and death.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

Buyer assumes responsibility for noting all manufacturers warranty/life span of all products.

If the Buyer discovers a warranty related defect, the buyer may return the product to TAG Inc. within 6 months with proof of purchase, where TAG reserves the option to replace any product returned under manufacturer’s warranty.  

The Buyer is responsible for all shipping related costs for returning defective items.

When applying for a warranty replacement, please contact us at admin@technicalaccessgroup.com.  Include the item name, size, color, a few photographs, and a short paragraph about what happened to the item.

Any warranty related defects found after 6 months from date of purchase, the Buyer will need to contact the manufacturer directly. 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

TAG Inc. is not held responsible for the warranty on all products/equipment against normal wear and tear, unauthorised modification or alteration, improper use, improper maintenance, accident, mis-use, negligence, damage, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed. 

TAG Inc. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other types of damages arising out of, or resulting from the use of product/equipment.

Faulty items may be exchanged within the scope of individual Manufacturer’s Warranty policy (please review respective manufacturer’s warranty policy on their own website).  

Warranty does not apply to any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper application or installation, or to any damage caused by any repair or attempted repair by an individual.

 

PRICE MATCHING:

Simply contact us at admin@technicalaccessgroup.com with proof of price, dated within one week of contacting us, and the product must:
* Be an exact match in all respects (ie: Colour, Size and SKU)

* Be in stock
* Ship from a Canadian retailer

* Price will include shipping and taxes
* Must not be used, a second, closeout etc…
* Not be part of a prodeals, membership pricing or club pricing 

No further discounts will be applied and TAG Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny the price match.  All price matched sales are final sale.
