Deposit Booking Terms & Conditions

Rope Access Training Course Registration & Cancellation Policy:
We only accept 8 students per course. A place on the course is not confirmed until the deposit is paid upon receipt of an invoice. An invoice will only be emailed once this registration form is received at training@technicalaccessgroup.com.

* A $500 deposit is required to register and secure a place. This is non-refundable.

* The full cost of the course must be paid BY THE DUE DATE on the invoice received.

* If a change of course date is needed, this must be requested by email to training@technicalaccessgroup.com. The deadline to request changes is by Wednesday the week before, allowing time for those on the waitlist to register.

* 50% of the total course fee (less the $500 deposit) will be charged for cancellations within 5 calendar days before the course start date.

* Once the course begins 100% of the course fees will not be refunded for cancellation by yourself or someone on your behalf, or personal choice of not attending for any reason. Please inform training@technicalaccessgroup.com. No refund will be issued if you sustain any injury of any kind during training that inhibits you from completing the course or the assessment/evaluation day. Once recovered you will be rescheduled to the next available course.

* If TAG Inc. cancels the course for any reason, costs will be credited towards the next scheduled training dates with availability.

* TAG Inc. has the right to exclude any person from training if the trainers have concerns for safety over the person’s health, fitness, attitude, or aptitude to Irata or Sprat rope access training. If you are removed from the course a refund for untrained days will be issued, less $250 admin fees.

* Following a successful pass of an Irata assessment, TAG Inc. will mail documents to you once received from Irata head office. If mail is returned to TAG Inc. due to an incorrect mailing address provided, or not collected in time from a post office branch, a flat rate fee of $25.00 for the second mailing attempt will be charged. Please note we will only mail to a Canadian address.

* Following a successful pass of a Sprat evaluation, Sprat head office will mail the certificate, card and logbook directly to you.

 

PPE Inspection Training Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registration is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Please register early to secure a spot and avoid disappointment.

* A $350 deposit is required to register. This is non-refundable.

* Full course payment must be made BEFORE the course start date.

* Requests to change course dates must be done by email to training@technicalaccessgroup.com as soon as possible to allow for others to register for training.

* 50% of the total course fee will be charged for cancellations within 5 days of the training course start date. Cancellation must be done by email to training@technicalaccessgroup.com

* Cancellation or personal choice of not attending for any reason once the course begins will not be refunded, and you must inform TAG Inc. of this by email to training@technicalaccessgroup.com

* If TAG Inc. cancels the course for any reason, course fees will be credited towards the next scheduled course with availability.

* TAG has the right to exclude any candidate from training if they have safety concerns over the candidate’s health, fitness, attitude or aptitude to training. If a candidate is removed from the course, a refund for untrained days will be issued less $250 admin fees.
