Deposit Booking Terms & Conditions

Rope Access Training Course Registration & Cancellation Policy:

Placement on the course is not confirmed until the deposit or full payment is paid.

We only accept 8 students per course.

*Deposit*: A $1000 deposit is required to hold a space on a course. This is non-refundable.

*Payment of Fees*: Full payment, or remaining balance, of the course fees must be paid in full PRIOR to the course’s commencement.

*Rescheduling Policy*: You may reschedule up to two (2) times after the initial registration date. Thereafter an administrative fee of $250 plus applicable taxes will apply for each subsequent rescheduling. This is non-refundable. Requests must be by email to training@technicalaccessgroup.com

*Cancellation Policy*: Must be by email to training@technicalaccessgroup.com

– Cancellations made 8 or more calendar days before the course start date, will receive a full refund minus a $150 plus applicable taxes administrative fee.

– Cancellations 7 calendar days before the course start date (i.e. the Monday prior), will receive a refund minus the deposit.

– If TAG cancels the course for any reason, monies paid can be credited towards a future training date with availability, or, a full refund can be issued.

*Course Refund Policy*: No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

*Incomplete Training*: Once the course has begun, should you not be able to complete the training and wish to return at a later date, a $850 fee plus applicable taxes will be required.

*Incomplete Training – Medical*: Once the course has begun, should you be unable to complete the training for medical reasons, you may return at a later with a provision of a doctor’s note. Please note no refund will be given (*Course Refund Policy*).

*Re-Assessment Policy*: If you fail the initial Assessment/Evaluation, you may return for a second attempt subject to a $850 fee plus applicable taxes. This covers any additional training days and one re-assessment/re-evaluation day.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, be physically and mentally fit and have a general disposition for working at heights. TAG Inc. has the right to exclude any person from training if there are concerns for safety over your health, fitness, attitude, or aptitude to IRATA or SPRAT rope access training.
